Today’s lowest mortgage interest rates remain a very attractive levels as 30 year fixed loan rates are extremely low in October of 2010. At the present time we are seeing 30 year fixed rates around 4.25% which is very close to the lowest levels in the history of the United States housing market. With this being the case many homeowners will benefit by refinancing today.
