Save Money Any Way Possible

Today’s Lowest Mortgage Interest Rates – 30 Year Refinance Loan Rates Sink to 4.3% on September 21

Posted on | September 21, 2010 | No Comments

Today’s lowest mortgage interest rates are a very attractive levels as many Americans are looking to refinance a home loan to a much lower interest rate. At the present time we are seeing average 30 year refinance loan rates as low as 4.3% for some borrowers. It generally takes a credit score above 740 and a very low debt to income ratio to have any opportunity to refinance below 4.5% and the present economic environment.

Taking the time and effort to do homework and research online could prove to be greatly beneficial for many homeowners. With 30 year fixed rates near all-time lows it would be a wise decision to make sure that a credit report is completely free of errors. By having errors on credit report it could cause Americans to miss out on some great opportunities when it comes to low interest rates.

Even if a homeowner cannot receive the lowest mortgage interest rates it is still the case that there are savings to be had. The general rule of thumb is that homeowners must save at least one full percentage point to fully benefit from the refinance process in September of 2010.
