Home mortgage refinance loan rates have been a very attractive levels for quite some time and today we are seeing 30 year fixed interest rates at 4.4%. When looking at historical charts of mortgage rates it is quite evident that we are very close to an all-time low as many Americans stand to benefit greatly by refinancing to a lower mortgage interest rate today.


Over the last several months has been the case that a growing number of Americans have saved greatly by going to the refinance process. Many homeowners have had the ability to refinance to lower rates and save as much as hundreds of dollars a month on a mortgage payment. Before making any assumptions it is important to realize that it takes a great credit score and a low debt to income ratio to lock-in to low home mortgage refinance rates.
