Bank of America Refinance Mortgage Rates – Lowest Home Loan Rates in Recent Memory for 30 Year Fixed

Posted on | September 17, 2010 | No Comments

Bank of America refinance mortgage rates are very close to all-time lows as the 30 year fixed rate is around 4.35%. These are the lowest home loan rates we have seen in recent memory as the all-time low as around 4.25% that was set earlier this month. It is important to realize that not all homeowners will have the ability to lock in to the lowest Bank of America refinance mortgage rates.

Taking the time and effort to do a significant amount of research may help many homeowners when it comes to the future of their financial situation. By refinancing today some homeowners can save hundreds of dollars in month on a mortgage payment. Once again, it is important to realize that not all homeowners will be able to save this much money by going to the refinance process.

It generally takes a credit score that is above 740 and a debt to income ratio that is below 40% to have any opportunities to refinance at the lowest mortgage interest rates. Even if homeowners cannot refinance to the lowest rates they are still many opportunities to save. The general rule of thumb is that homeowners must save one full percentage point to fully benefit from refinancing today.
