Today’s lowest FHA mortgage rates are very attractive levels as bank 30 year FHA home loan rates from Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Wachovia are being quoted very close to conventional mortgage rates. With this being the case there are opportunities to lock into 30 year fixed mortgage rates as low as 4.25%.
