Bank of America Refinance Mortgage Rates – Home Loans for Fixed 30 Year Rates Lowest in History in September

Bank of America Refinance mortgage rates continue to plummet to new lows as the 30 year fixed rate is around 4.25% today. Home loans in September are set to remain extremely low as the 10 year treasury rate yield is still in a strong downtrend. The federal reserve bank continues to take the necessary steps to push mortgage interest rates lower to look for some great opportunities in the near future.
Bank of America is currently one of the biggest mortgage lenders in the country but they are definitely not the only option. By doing research online many Americans will find that there are other lenders and financial institutions that can help with refinance mortgage rates under 5%.
Before making any final decision to refinance in September of 2010 it is very important to realize that there are closing costs involved in this process. The general rule of thumb is that current homeowners must save at least one full percentage point to fully benefit from refinancing at the present time. Without saving this full percentage point is usually the case that closing costs outweigh the savings.
