Today’s Lowest FHA Mortgage Rates – Refinance Rate Offers from Wachovia, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo

With Mortgage rates very close to all-time lows it comes as no surprise to see Americans looking for today’s lowest FHA mortgage rates. Refinance rates continue to drop to new lows as the 30 year fixed rate is around 4.25%. There are many mortgage lenders including Wachovia. Bank of America and Wells Fargo the reporting that FHA mortgage rates are coming in very close to conventional mortgage rates.


With this being the case it may be a wise decision to consider an FHA mortgage in September of 2010. It is important to remember that FHA mortgages do come with insurance costs and it may be a consideration to take a conventional mortgage rate is slightly higher as customers will be able to avoid the insurance costs of an FHA mortgage.

That being said there were many offers available online and can help Americans save money on their current home loan payment. It is important to do research and understand a situation before making any final decisions.
