Posted on | August 30, 2010 | No Comments

Bank of America Refinance mortgage rates have recently hit all-time lows as the 30 year fixed is at 4.25%. With home loans at the lowest levels we have seen in the history of the United States housing market it would greatly benefit many borrowers to lock into these rates today. It is important to remember that not all homeowners have the financial balance sheet to obtain the lowest mortgage interest rates.

It takes a very good credit score, usually above 740, and a very low debt to income ratio to have any opportunities to receive a bank of America mortgage interest rate quote below 4.5%. It is also important to remember that Bank of America is currently the largest mortgage lender in the country but they are not the only option.

By doing research online is likely the case that many homeowners will have multiple options when it comes to selecting a mortgage lender. There are many local mortgage lenders that may provide great customer service and low interest-rate offers that are just around the corner. It is always wise to exhaust resources before making any final decision.
