Save Money Any Way Possible

Today’s Lowest Mortgage Interest Rates – Refinance Weekend Loan Rates for 30 Year Fixed Mortgage at 4.3%

Posted on | August 28, 2010 | No Comments

Today’s lowest mortgage interest rates are at very attractive levels as refinance loan rates for the 30 year fixed mortgage are around 4.3% for well qualified borrowers.  It is very important to remember that it takes a very impressive credit score and a low debt to income ratio to have any opportunity to lock in to these historically low mortgage interest rates.

Many American homeowners have found it very difficult to make ends meet when it comes to personal finances.  With the unemployment rate above 9% and the economy greatly struggling it comes as no surprise to see the average credit score drop over the last few years.  This will likely continue into the near future as many businesses continue to struggle to profit in this tough economic environment.

Even if a credit score has dropped there are still opportunities to save money by going through the refinance process.  By doing research online many homeowners will find that there are opportunities to save today.  The general rule of thumb is that homeowners must save at least one full percentage point to fully benefit from refinancing.
