Today’s lowest FHA mortgage rates are very close to all-time lows as 30 year fixed interest rates have recently been quoted around 4.35%. Those looking to refinance with some of the major mortgage lenders including Wachovia, Bank of America and Wells Fargo must understand that it takes a very good credit score and a low debt to income ratio to have any opportunities to lock into today’s lowest FHA mortgage rates.
There are many mortgage lender spread throughout the country that currently offer very attractive interest rates with great customer service. With the advancement in technology has become much easier than it has ever been to gain access to these local banks and lending institutions that could offer very impressive options.
