Posted on | August 23, 2010 | No Comments

Bank of America refinance mortgage rates have been a heavily searched topic over the last several weeks as 30 year loan interest rates have been very close to an all-time low. At the present time we are seeing Bank of America home loans around 4.35% for the 30 year fixed mortgage. While this is not the lowest levels we have ever seen it is still very low compared to most times in the past.

Bank of America is currently the largest mortgage lender in the country but it is very important for all homeowners understand that there are other options available. After the purchase of Countrywide Bank of America became the largest lender in the United States. By doing diligent research homeowners will understand that they are many options when it comes to locking in to low home loan interest rates.

It is also important to understand that not all homeowners will have the ability to lock in the lowest possible mortgage interest rates today. It will take a very good credit score and a low debt to income ratio for any homeowner to receive a mortgage interest rate quote below 4.5%. With this being the case it is always wise to make certain that a credit score is clean of errors.
