Posted on | August 19, 2010 | No Comments

Over the last half of a year many Americans continue to search for an Obama credit card debt relief program, plan or service. It is very important to understand that at the present time there is no such thing as a bomb a credit card debt relief plan. In fact, the Obama administration is coming down very hard on credit card debt relief companies they claim to have government or Obama approval.

There are new rules for the credit card debt relief industry that will take effect very soon. It is no longer the case that these companies can come up with marketing ploys that confuse customers. The FTC is going to enforce many rules and regulations when it comes to the marketing of credit card debt relief programs.

It is also the case that there are no longer upfront fees they can be charged on credit card debt relief services. It used to be the case that many of these companies made a significant amount of money on upfront fees but this will no longer happen as the FTC is going to start regulating this issue.
