Many Americans continue to struggle when it comes to personal finances and many of these same people have searched for a government credit card debt relief or debt settlement plan. It is very important to understand that there is no such thing as a government or Obama credit card debt relief program. In fact, the Obama administration has greatly changed the debt relief industry in 2010.
