Today’s lowest mortgage interest rates are currently very close to 4.5% for the 30 year fixed mortgage. There is a very good possibility that bank home loan rates could hit July 2010 lows sometime this week. With the 10 year treasury rate yield dropping there is a possibility that mortgage rates could drop as well.
Over the last several weeks we have seen 30 year fixed mortgage rates very close to 4.5%. Many homeowners have the ability to refinance to low rates and save a significant amount of money with average rates at this level.
