Save Money Any Way Possible

Compare Mortgage Interest Rates Today – Home Loan Rates for FHA, VA and ARM Mortgage Loans Today

Posted on | July 19, 2010 | Comments Off

With mortgage rates inching towards all time lows it should come as no surprise to see many American homeowners searching to compare mortgage interest rates today.  With home loan rates for FHA, VA and ARM mortgages very low at the present time there are ways to save money by refinancing.

Before making any final assessment on refinancing it is always important to remember that there are closing costs involded with this process.  The general rule of thumb is that borrowers must save at least one full precentage point to truly benefit by refinancing in July 2010.

Many mortgage lenders continue to report that FHA mortgage rates and conventional mortgage rates are coming in very close.  At the present time we are seeing 30 year fixed conventional mortgage rates around 4.5% for buyers with a credit score over 740 and a low debt to income ratio.

If you do not have a strong financial report card then it will likely be the case that it is very difficult to get low mortgage interest rates today.  Some bad credit borrowers are finding out that obtaining a mortgage rate below 5% can be difficult.
