Save Money Any Way Possible

Today’s Lowest Mortgage Interest Rates – Home Loans for 30 Year Fixed mortgage Under 4.5% for Borrowers

Posted on | June 28, 2010 | Comments Off

Today’s lowest mortgage interest rates are at all time low levels as home loans for the 30 year fixed mortgage are currently under 4.5% for well qualified borrowers. A well qualified borrower has a credit score above 740 and a debt to income ratio that is below 40%.

If you do not fulfill these requirements you will likely find it extremely difficult to lock in to the lowest possible mortgage interest rates. This does not mean that you cannot benefit from the current low interest rate environment. If you can save one full percentage point on your mortgage it may be wise to refinance.

There are many mortgage calculators available online that can better help you to determine just how much money you will save by refinancing in the current economic environment. Make sure to take the time and effort to check out these free resources online.

Just because mortgage interest rates are advertised under 5% does not mean that all borrowers will have access to these rates. You will need to have made very good financial decisions in the past to have any chance to get the lowest possible mortgage interest rates in June 2010.
