Posted on | June 28, 2010 | Comments Off

Bank of America refinance mortgage rates are very close to all time lows as the 30 year fixed on a home loan is around 4.5% on June 28th, 2010. With mortgage interest rates this low expect to see many homeowners looking to lock in to low interest rates.

Over the next several weeks it will be very interesting to analysis mortgage data as many Americans will want to save as much money as possible. With 30 year fixed mortgage interest rates below 4.5% many homeowners could save hundreds of dollars on their monthly mortgage payments.

It is very important to remember that not all Americans will be able to qualify for mortgage interest rates this low. You will need a significant amount of home equity and a great credit score to have access to these low mortgage rates. Without a credit score above 740 you will find it very hard to get low interest rates.

With this in mind it might be a wise decision to find the lowest possible mortgage interest rates for your financial situation. If your credit score is well below 680 then you cannot expect to get 30 year fixed mortgage rates under 5% in the current economic environment.
