Save Money Any Way Possible

Today’s Lowest Mortgage Interest Rates – Refinance Rate Offers from Bank of America, Chase, Citi and Wells Fargo

Posted on | June 27, 2010 | Comments Off

Today’s lowest mortgage interest rates are at very attractive levels for most homeowners.  Just last week the 30 year fixed mortgage rate dropped to an all time low.  Refinance rates from some of the bigger mortgage lenders, Bank of America, Chase, Citi and Wells Fargo, continue to remain below 4.75% on June 27th.

When looking for today’s lowest mortgage interest rates it is very important to remember that not everyone will qualify for the lowest possible rates.  You will need a great credit score, over 740, and a debt to income ratio that is below 40% to have any opportunities to access mortgage interest rates around 4.5%.

If you meet these requirements it should not be difficult to get low rates.  If you do not meet these requirements then you are going to find that your rate offers are much higher.  Even if you cannot lock in to the lowest mortgage interest rates it does not mean that you cannot save in the current economic environment.

There are many free resources available online to help homeowners better understand the mortgage and refinance process.  It might be a very wise decision to use these resources as they could help you to save a large amount of money in June of 2010.
