Today’s lowest mortgage interest rates have hit all time lows as 30 year fixed mortgage rates are under 4.5% in some areas.  Low home loan rates have hit rock bottom on June 25th, 2010 and many Americans will take notice as this is likely to be mainstream news throughout the country.


Please understand that not all Americans will be able to lock in to 30 year fixed mortgage rates around 4.5%. You will need a very low debt to income ratio and a credit score that is above 740.  While this is unattainable for some there are many others that can benefit from their strong financial decisions.

There are many mortgage lenders located throughout the country that can help borrowers lock in to low mortgage interest rates so do not feel as if you are limited to just one of two banks or financial institutions.  With the advancements in technology it has become easier then ever to do personal finance research online.
