Today’s lowest FHA mortgage rates have recently hit an all-time low as the conventional 30 year fixed mortgage dropped below 4.5%. Interest rates are very low from Bank of America, Wachovia, Chase and Citi. Please remember that these are some of the largest banks in the country but they are not the only option when it comes to locking into low FHA rates.
Over the next several weeks it will likely be the case that many mortgage lenders see significant business as mortgage interest rates being at an all-time low will be mainstream news.
