Today’s lowest mortgage interest rates have seen quite a drop over the last money. Home loan rates from Lending Tree, Wachovia, RBC and many community banks are below 5% on June 22nd, 2010. Mortgage lenders nationwide have seen a steep drop in mortgage interest rates in late May and June 2010.
It is important to note that not every financial situation will allow borrowers to have access to today’s lowest mortgage interest rates. If you have a credit score that is below 740 you will find it nearly impossible to lock in to low mortgage interest rates in June of 2010.
There are many local and community banks nationwide that have helped borrowers find low mortgage rates with great customer service. It might be smart to contact some of your local community banks and see if they can offer a 30 year fixed mortgage interest rate under 5% today.
