Bank of America refinance mortgage rates remain at very attractive levels as home loans are very close to 4.75% on Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010.  With 30 year fixed mortgage rates being very close to this level it should come as little surprise to see many people looking to refinance or lock in to their first mortgage at a low rate.

Bank of America is currently the largest mortgage lender in the country after their purchase of Countrywide mortgage.  While they are the largest mortgage lender it does not mean that they are the only option available.  By doing some due diligence you will likely find other mortgage lenders that can help you.

Before making any final decision when it comes to a home loan it would be advisable to exhaust your resources.  With the advancements in technology it is now easier than it has ever been to research from the comfort of your own home or office.  Almost all mortgage lenders have a great amount of information online.

Bank of America and almost all mortgage lenders continue to report 30 year fixed mortgage rates well below 5%.  With this being the case it would be wise to take advantage of these all time low mortgage interest rates and save a significant amount of money on your home loan.
