Bank of America refinance mortgage rates have been extremely low for quite some time but we are getting into historical territory when it comes to home loans. At the present time home loans are very close to all time lows on May 26th, 2010. Many mortgage lenders are reporting 30 year fixed mortgage rates close to 4.5%.
Over the last several months we have seen 30 year fixed mortgage rates near or below 5%. Many Americans have had the opportunity to lock in to these low rates which has saved them up to hundreds of dollars a month on their mortgage payments.
