Bank of America Refinance Mortgage Rates – Home Loans for 30 Year Fixed Mortgage Still Under 5% on May 24, 2010

Bank of America refinance mortgage rates continue to remain very low as home loans for a 30 year fixed mortgage are still well below 5%. Some mortgage lenders are reporting that well-qualified borrowers are getting rates as low as 4.5% or 4.75%. with this being the case many Americans are looking to refinance today.


It is very interesting to note that analysts continue to predict that mortgage interest rates will be higher in the very near future. Much of this downturn has been due to the fact that the European debt crisis has hit  the stock market and treasury markets very hard. In all reality this could pass in mortgage rates could move higher.

Bank of America and most mortgage lenders continue to work very hard to gain customers at this low interest rate environment will not last forever. Please make certain that you look at your financial picture before making any final decisions when it comes to getting your first mortgage or refinancing your current mortgage.

It is also important to understand that Bank of America is not the only option when it comes to locking in to a low mortgage interest rate. By doing your research you will likely find their meaning local mortgage lenders in your area that can help you lock in the lower rates.
