Today’s lowest FHA mortgage rates are very close to 2010 lows as the 10 year treasury rate yield his troubled over the last several weeks. Four major mortgage lenders that are currently offering low rates include GMAC, Nationwide, J.P. Morgan Chase and Citibank. It is very important to note that these are not your only options.
