Bank of America Refinance Mortgage Rates – Home Loans Lower on March 30
Posted on | March 30, 2010 | No Comments
Bank of America refinance mortgage rates have been extremely low for much of 2010. On March 30th, home loans are slightly lower to 4.9%. Over the last few days 30 year fixed mortgage rates reach a high of 5% over the weekend and we could see rates much higher.
The 10 year treasury rate yield has moved up through its 50 day moving average over the last few days which is a sign that 30 year mortgage interest rates are likely to move up soon. With this being the case it might be wise to take action sooner rather than later.
Bank of America and most mortgage lenders have benefitted greatly from the low interest rate environment. It will be very interesting to see how these companies offering home loans react to mortgage interest rates that are moving up. It will definitely affect the mindset of customers.
When making any financial decision in your life it is extremely important to step back and look at the big picture. Make sure that you are making the right decision before signing on the dotted line.
