High Yield Savings Account – April Bank Accounts with High Interest Rates

If you have extra money that you would like to see grow over the next few years it will be wise to seek a high yield savings account as soon as possible. In April, you are likely to find that there are many bank accounts that will offer high interest rates if you are willing to do your research.
It might be a smart decision to start your research at the local community bank level. There are many community banks throughout the country that are offering interest rates above 4% on a checking or bank account. While this may seem almost too good to be true there are companies that can help you find these high yields.
Not all Americans have access to the banks that are offering these high interest rates. Most of these banks will only allow applications from residents who live in specific areas. If you do not live in that area you will have to find a bank that is closer to you.
By starting your research at the local level you will likely find that there are banks in your community that will offer an attractive interest rate. By simply calling around you could find a yield of 5% or higher on a checking account. Do not pass up this opportunity.
