Bank of America Mortgage Relief Program – New Home Loan Plan to Help Homeowners

Posted on | March 26, 2010 | 2 Comments

Bank of America recently announced a new mortgage relief program that is designed to help homeowners who are struggling to make their monthly mortgage payments.  The program is quite extensive but there is a great amount of information available through Bank of America.  The new home loan plan could help you avoid foreclosure.

If you currently hold a Bank of America mortgage and you are looking for mortgage relief then you might want to consider contacting your lender.  Although Bank of America has had many complaints they are trying to take the necessary steps to help homeowners stay in their homes.

Over the last several months we have seen mortgage interest rates at very low levels.  Unfortunately, many homeowners have not had the ability to lock in to these low rates because they are underwater in their mortgage or they have a very bad credit score.  This is where the new mortgage relief program can help.

Over the next few weeks we will be hearing much more about new home loan plans to help homeowners.  The Federal Government is releasing a new plan today and we can expect other mortgage lenders to jump on board as well.  Helping struggling homeowners could do a lot to improve the moral of this country as well as the economy.

I have been trying to get BofA to help me modify my home loan since September 2009. All I get is the run around. Please fill out this packet, now this packet. They have asked for my paycheck stubs and bank statements 3 times 6 months, yet nothing has happened. I seriously wonder what they are going to do to help me or any other home owner.
