Apply for Instant Bad Credit Credit Cards – Interest Rates Going Up in Spring 2010?

Posted on | March 4, 2010 | No Comments

Many Americans will look to apply for an instant bad credit credit card in the very near future but unfortunately there is a very good chance that interest rates could be going up in the spring of 2010. Many analysts and CEOs have predicted that the current low interest rate environment is going to end very soon.

Jamie Dimon, the CEO of J.P. Morgan Chase, recently stated that his company is going to adjust their strategy to profit from a higher interest rate environment. Mr. Dimon is one of the most respected bankers on Wall Street so when he talks many people tend to listen. With this being the case, you can expect higher interest rates on your credit cards.

If you have been thinking about applying for an instant bad credit credit card then you might want to step bank and look at the big picture. If you have several credit cards outstanding and you are trying to dig yourself out of debt you may want to think twice about opening another line of credit.

If you have been very smart with your financial decision in the recent past and you have done everything correct when it comes to getting out of debt then you might reward yourself with a new credit card with a low interest rate. Remember that you do not want to dig yourself into debt again.
