Refinance Home Loan Rates – Current Interest Rates with No Closing Costs

Posted on | February 24, 2010 | No Comments

Refinance home loan rates continue to remain low as they have for the entire year. If you are looking for low current interest rates with no closing costs you are going to have to do a significant amount of research. Most no closing cost lenders have higher interest rates to offset the losses of not charging costs.

You are likely to find that their are several mortgage lenders available to offer you a refinance rate with no closing costs. Most of these lenders will  acknowledge that their interest rates are a little bit higher because they are not charging you any closing costs. It would be wise to sit down the financial calculator and see which way would be cheapest.

Closing costs can often be more than $1000 at some mortgage lenders. With this being the case it might be worth it to get a little bit of a higher refinance home loan rate just because you are going to save that thousand dollars in costs. Create a spreadsheet and find out just which way will save you the most money.

Do not get enamored with the fact that no closing cost mortgage lenders exist. Just because you are getting charged no closing cost does not mean that you will save more money by refinancing with that lender. You will need to do your calculations and make sure you’re saving the most money possible.
