Even though home mortgage loan rates are very close to all-time lows some homeowners are still struggling to make ends meet. At the present time J.P. Morgan Chase has helped to modify many home loans. If you are looking to stay in your home and avoid foreclosure then you may have to go through the home loan modification process.
With many people struggling to make ends meet financially it has become harder and harder to make the mortgage payment. Many homeowners do not have access to the current low home mortgage loan rates. Luckily, J.P. Morgan Chase recognizes this to be the case and has worked very hard to help people get their home loans modified.
J.P. Morgan Chase has an entire website devoted to the Making Home Affordable plan. This website can help you better understand what options you have and what you need to expect when going through the home loan modification process. It would be wise to sit out this website and do your research.
Pres. Obama and his staff have worked very hard to help Americans stay in their home and avoid foreclosure. All mortgage lenders are encouraged to participate in the Making Home Affordable program so make sure to do your research today. No one should be left out and everyone is encouraged to understand their options.

I would like to know what planet you are from. This is not the Chase I know. I have a signed contract that took me two years to get from Chase to get a modification. At this point they will not follow RESPA they will call before 8:00am. I fell behind like most American’s. I was not looking for a hand out. I was looking something where everybody would be happy. The bank makes more money in the long run. Also Chase put insurance on my house. I already had insurance. I write to Chase every month with no reply. I have a case with the BBB and the OCC and nothing happens. So when you say J.P. Morgan Chase Helps Modify Home Loans. You need to say J.P Morgan Chase does temporary Modify to make money from the Federal Government. Look at the number of full modification. Not good.

I am currently in the modification process and am scared they will not honor a modification after my trial period. I have heard so much negative press about chase and wonder who the lucky customers are and if I will be one of them.

Yeah, it’s the most ridiculous thing I have ever been through. We have sent the same documents to them, over and over, and over again. They seem to have plenty of people to answer the phones, just nobody with any authority. I keep scratching my head in amazement. I ask myself, what on earth do they have to lose by giving me a loan mod? They have only to gain by saving us from forclosure. We are so upside down in our home that it’s amazing that we are trying so hard to stay. But we love it here. At what point to you give up and walk away?
