If you currently need money to pay government IRS taxes then you may want to consider a bad credit unsecured personal bank loan. Most banks offer some type of personal loans and this can allow you to borrow the money you need to pay your IRS taxes. Getting deeply in debt with the government is never a good thing so you will want to make sure your taxes are paid.

If you filed your taxes for 2009 and you found that you owe a significant amount of money then you will want to make sure this is paid. If it does not get paid you could see wage garnishments and possibly even worse. If you do not have the money to pay off these government taxes then borrowing money from a bank might be the way to go.

There are local community banks and national banks that offer personal loans so make sure not to limit your search. By simply doing some Google searches you are going to find many banks in your local area that will likely be able to help you go through the process of borrowing money through a personal bank loan.

If you have bad credit you can expect to pay a little bit higher of an interest rate because you are a higher risk of default. Banks realize this and they are going to assign you a higher overall interest rate until you prove to them you are a good borrower with a higher credit score and a lower debt to income ration.
