Many people will ask the question “Are Banks Open on Christmas Eve?”  Most banks will be open at least half a day but you will want to check with your personal bank before you make any assumptions.  The stock market will be closing early so there is a very good chance that many banks will follow the financial capital’s lead and close their doors early on Christmas Eve.  If you need some extra cash to get some last minute Christmas gifts then you will want to get to your bank or lender early tomorrow.


If you do not get to your bank before it closes there are a few options when it comes to getting some quick cash for Christmas gifts.  The easiest way to get money is through a bad credit payday lender but you will want to think twice before doing this.  These companies can charge fees that are quite excessive and you will be expected to pay them back with your next paycheck.  There are also bad credit lenders out there who will qualify you for a personal loan instantly.

Before you go through any lender or bank who will qualify you for an instant loan it is important to find out what the interest rate will be.  If you are in desperate need of cash then there is a good chance that these lenders are going to assign a very high interest rate to this type of loan.  The fact that you need the money immediately tells the lender that they can probably assign you a rate much higher then if you were willing to wait for the money.
