Cheap Health Insurance Benefits – Unemployed and Need Healthcare?

Many Americans are looking long and heard for cheap health insurance benefits.  The the possibility of COBRA benefits not being extended past December 31st, 2009 many unemployed citizens are stressing over their healthcare coverage.  If you are unemployed and need healthcare you can hope that the COBRA benefits extension passes or you can start to research other options.  Steven Craig at Red, White and Blue Press writes about the COBRA extension here:


“Again, from reports, it is said that the bill will hopefully be passed before the year is out, but as with most legislation there is a chance for a lengthy debate. However, many stand to lose their COBRA health insurance benefits by the end of the year if Congress doesn’t act and with so many out of work and the job market looking bleak, a COBRA unemployment extension is a necessity for many.”

We can all hope that the bill is going to be passed before the new year rolls around but if that is not the case it would be advisable to go ahead and start doing some searches for cheap health insurance benefits.  With the advancements in technology you can do this from the confort of your own home or office and find out an unlimited amount of information.  Let’s hope for the best but plan ahead and have other options available.
