   Uh… the outlet is only about a foot from the top and still way over the head of the Banks so after soaking the Tax Payer for a few minutes the water will stop flowing and the Banks will still drown. I am confused. This cartoon should have been cleared by a hydrologist or at least a guy who installs sprinklers. Just saying…

   BoyJimmy,

   I think the drawing is perfect especially regarding your comments. The bailout isn’t enough to save the banks but still enough to spew crap all over the taxpayers. Although it should be a little lower cause it more crap is being laid onto the taxpayers.

   Yes.. The banks will still drown and so will the taxpayers. I think that’s the point in the drawing…

   You’re just now realizing this? Over the last 3 months, who did you *think* was going to pay for all the bailouts?
