Mortgage Rate Predictions – February 5th

Last week rates dropped slightly to 5.1% on the 30 yr fixed rate and stayed the same at 4.8% on the 15 yr fixed mortgage rate. This was very close to our mortgage rate predictions. This week we actually see another drop in rates due to the influence of President Obama and the Federal Reserve.
