Refinance Home Loan Rates – Current Low Mortgage Interest Rates

If you want a low refinance home loan rate now is the time to submit your mortgage application. We are currently seeing very low mortgage interest rates as the 30 year fixed mortgage rate is below 4.75%. Last weekend we saw an all-time low of 4.49% hit by the 30 year mortgage. We have recently seen a bounce back to 4.65% but mortgage interest rates are still historically low.
If you have not refinance your home loan in the last year than there is a very good chance that you could benefit from the home loan refinance process today. If you have good credit and equity in your home there’s a very good possibility that you could refinance below 5% in the current economic environment.
There many mortgage lenders out there who are advertising mortgage rates well below 5% but it is up to you to actually lock into these low mortgage interest rates. Many borrowers would like to lock in rates this low but do not have the time nor the energy to go through the process. If you see the you could save several hundred dollars a month you need to make the time.
With mortgage interest rates low now is the best time to go through with the mortgage refinance process. Please understand that many other people are thinking the same thing so it is a good idea to get ahead of the crowd. If you do not stay ahead of the crowd you’re likely going to find that the mortgage application you submit will be sitting on the bottom of the stack on a loan officer’s desk.
As with any major financial decision is a very good idea to sit down with your family and discuss what options you have.
