Refinance Home Loan Rates – November Refinancing Very Attractive

Refinance home loan rates are getting very close to an all-time low. In November we have seen 30 year fixed mortgage rates below 4.75% for much of the month. It is going to save many homeowners a significant amount of money by refinancing in the month of November.

If you’ve been thinking about refinancing but have yet to greatly researched the topic now would be the time to take action. With 30 year fixed mortgage rates well below 5% now is the time to get out there and see what mortgage rate you qualify for.

It is not very difficult to find mortgage lenders are offering very low interest rates. Everywhere you look there are advertisements for low mortgage rates on the Internet and on TV. If you turn on CNBC or Fox business you are likely to find several commercials that have something to do with low mortgage rates were low refinance rates.

Make sure to take advantage of this opportunity as it is not likely to last. In March the federal reserve bank is going to stop buying mortgage-backed securities which will likely mean that mortgage interest rates will start to increase. No one knows how high mortgage rates will increase but there’s a good chance that we will never see mortgage rates this low again in your lifetime.

Not only are mortgage rates low but there are also tax credits available for homeowners. If you are a move of buyer or a first-time home buyer there’s a good chance that you can qualify for a tax credit. First-time homebuyers can put $8000 in their pocket while move-up homebuyers can put $6500 in their pocket.
