Mortgage Rate Predictions – April 7th – Mortgage Rates Will Head Higher

After three very successful weeks of mortgage rate predictions, I am going to go out on a ledge and make the prediction that mortgage rates will bounce higher. I do not think they will bounce MUCH higher, but we will see a stop to the steady declines. No need to worry as the overall trend is still down but this week, we will see rates up a tad.
30 year fixed rate mortgage – 4.86%
I have no idea if these predictions will be as accurate as they have been, but I am just giving my honest opinion. Make sure to bookmark Subprime Blogger to get your mortgage rate predictions! I will give you the honest mortgage rate predictions and not the ones you see on the advertisements for 4.25%.
For those who read on a consistent basis, I am sorry for the decline in articles. I have been very busy over the last few days, but by the end of the week I will have some new material up so please return later this week. I will try to update with new content at least once a day, if possible.
