We all agree that technology has greatly changed our life for the better.  Having the opportunity to answer almost any question online saves time and energy.  Why does the mortgage industry continue to lag behind?  Does anyone think THESE mortgage brokers have used Reddit, Twitter or Facebook?  Do they even know what Google is?
