Phoenix Home Prices – Over a 50% Decline

Thanks to Zillow.com for the chart above that shows just how bad things have gotten in the Phoenix housing market. The Case-Shiller Index illustrates that Phoenix is down 53% since the July 2006 top. It will be very interesting to see if higher mortgage rates affect this trend even more. I would like to hear from anyone in the Phoenix market and please let us know if you have seen any signs of recovery.
