FHA Home Loan Rates November 25 – Mortgage Rates At All Time Lows

Posted on | November 25, 2009 | No Comments

FHA home loan rates for November 25th, 2009 are currently sitting at historic lows.  The conventional 30 year fixed mortgage rate is at 4.55% while the conventional 15 year fixed mortgage rate is at 4.16%.  The conventional 5/1 ARM is also getting very close to hitting new lows at 3.65%.  FHA home loan rates have been quoted as very similar and possibly even lower than conventional mortgage rates but it is always a good idea to contact your lender.

The 10 year treasury rate yield looks to be finding some support at its 200 day moving average but this is doing nothing to stop mortgage interest rates from dropping.  If the 10 year yield drops below its 200 dma then there is very little argument to be made that mortgage interest rates will not drop to their all time lows.

If interest rates continuing lower then you will see mainstream news talking about all time low mortgage rates.  Had you tuned in to Subprime Blogger a few weeks ago we were already talking about this prospect weeks in advance.  No one knows how low mortgage rates will go but now looks like as good of a time as ever to lock in to a low mortgage interest rate.
