Daily Mortgage Rates and 10 Year Treasury Rate – July 21st

A slight pull back in the 10 year treasury rate yesterday was to be expected. There is definitely going to be some consolidation after a weekly move of 10%. It will be interesting to see where the week goes from here, but as of now, this is what it looks like.
The equation used for the correlation between mortgage rates and the 10 year treasury rate is
y = 2.7283(x)^2 + .5881(x) +.0308.
