Bank of America Refinance Mortgage Rates – Home Loans Down to Start March

Posted on | March 1, 2010 | No Comments

Bank of America refinance mortgage rates have been low for the entire year of 2010 and it seems to be the case that home loans will continue down to start March. The 30 year fixed mortgage rate is currently at 4.75% which is very close to the 2010 low. A drop below 4.7% and we will see new yearly lows.

Bank of America and most mortgage lenders continue to market their home loan divisions very hard. With conventional mortgage rates under 5% there is no reason that these financial institutions should not do their best to help customers gain access to these low interest rates.

It is a win-win situation as the consumers will get lower rates and the banks will gain new customers. Each new customer is a possibility of other services being used as well including car loans, personal loans or personal banking. Almost every mortgage lender will offer other financial services as well.

Make sure to contact several mortgage lenders rather than just Bank of America. You could find that a local mortgage lender will give you the best customer service and also offer you a very low rate. Find the lender that will work best with you and your situation.
