Bank of America refinance mortgage rates continue to stay below 5% for the 30 year fixed mortgage rate. Home loan rates have dropped on February 23rd as the 30 year fixed mortgage rate is down to 4.85%. No one knows if this is going to continue to last but little argument can be made that mortgage rates are very attractive.
If you have been thinking about refinancing your current mortgage rate then it would be wise to do research starting now. Many analysts have predicted that mortgage rates are likely to move higher in the spring so you do not want to continue to wait as you could be looking at 30 year fixed mortgage rates at 5.5% or higher.
Most mortgage lenders, including Bank of America, have worked very hard to market their products in the current low interest rate environment. By simply doing some research you should have very little trouble finding a lender in your area. Many of these lenders will have a live online chat to assist you.
In a matter of minutes you can get pre approved for a mortgage rate. Sometimes it is easier to call an actually representative rather than trying to do it all online. Everyone has a personal preference but there are many options when it comes to getting a mortgage interest rate quote.
