Bank of America refinance mortgage rates continued to move lower into December of 2009. We are currently at an all-time low as the 30 year fixed mortgage interest rate is around 4.55%. The average weekly low prior to this week was 4.61% and that was set back in March of 2009. No one knows just how low mortgage interest rates will go now is one of the best times in history to refinance your current home loan.
Bank of America has done an amazing job of positioning themselves for this low interest rate environment. By doing searches on any search engine you are likely to find Bank of America all over the search page. This means that they have worked very hard to move up in the rankings because they are looking to gain your business.
Bank of America wants your business for more than just your home loan. Bank of America offers many types of loans and when you come in for a home loan they’re likely to push other services to you as well. Some of these services may include debt consolidation, credit cards, car loans, and even personal banking.
The more services you use with Bank of America the more likely they are to turn a bigger profit in 2010. The executives at Bank of America notice and this is exactly why they are spending millions of dollars on advertising for low mortgage interest rates. Please be aware that Bank of America will urge you to use these services but also understand that you do not have to use them for your entire banking needs.
There many lenders out there who are currently advertising low mortgage interest rates you do not feel that you have to use Bank of America. After purchasing Countrywide Bank of America definitely has the most mortgages on their books but this does not mean that they are the best mortgage lender for you. Make sure to do your research and find a lender that is best suitable for your needs.
