On October 31, 2009 Bank of America stopped offering personal loans and many other banks are likely to follow in their footsteps.
Wells Fargo continues to offer personal loans but do not be surprised if they are very strict in their lending practices. It is a good idea to go ahead and do your research before you apply for personal loan and see which lender will be more than willing to help you get this type of money.

Sometimes this can be very difficult but it is more than worth it in the long run to make sure this is done now rather than let these bills pile up.
