Cash Advance Payday Loan – Paycheck Advance Loans with Bad Credit

Posted on | November 20, 2009 | No Comments

A cash advance payday loan is something that many financial planners and analysts suggest not taking out. By getting a paycheck advance loan and having bad credit you are likely to find that you will have to pay a high fee for this money. The fees are regulated at the state level but they can add up quickly.

Fees are generally between $15 and $35 per $100 borrowed what they can actually go higher than some states that have no regulations. Pleasing knowledge that if you borrow several hundred dollars these fees can add up very quickly. Also know that if you take out more than one payday loan all these fees can add up to a significant amount of money you will never see again.

What you will also need to understand is that these fees reset every time you do not pay your loan off when you receive a paycheck. The way the process works is you write a post dated check for the amount you borrow plus the fees. If you borrow $100 you will write a post dated check for $115 for your next payday.

If on your next payday you cannot pay this amount of money you will contact the lender and tell them you cannot pay them. You would then go in and write them another check but this time it will be for $130 because your fee will have reset and you will now pay $30 in fees rather than $15.

As you can see, these analyses can add up very quickly especially if you have several hundred dollars borrowed. It is also the case that many bad credit payday loan borrowers borrow from several different companies at the same time which causes fees to drastically increase.
