Bad Credit Mortgage Refinance – Lower Interest Rates in December

Going through the bad credit mortgage refinance process is something many homeowners will do in the near future. With lower interest rates likely in December there’s a good chance that we’re going to see a very big increase in mortgage refinance applications. Even if you have bad credit there’s a good chance that you could save a lot of money by refinancing your mortgage to a lower interest rate.

If your credit score has dropped over the last few months and you have seen the equity in your home decrease that it is likely that you will not benefit from the refinance process. Unfortunately the cases lenders realize that those who are under water in their homes or who have lost equity in their homes are probably in areas that home prices are still not increasing.

If the opposite is true and you have a credit score that is increasing or stable and the equity in your home has increased and you are likely to benefit greatly from a home refinance. Mortgage interest rates are currently under 4.55% and this would greatly help you to lower your monthly mortgage payment today.

Getting a mortgage interest rate under 4.55% is likely only going to happen to the best borrowers out there. Please understand that if you are not a borrower who has a very high credit score and is a good amount of equity in your home you are not going to have access to rates at all-time lows.

There many bad credit mortgage lenders out there who are willing to help you get a lower mortgage interest rate. By simply doing your research online you are going to find many of these companies are advertising to get your business. Make sure to take advantage of this low interest rate environment and refinance to a rate that would greatly help you in this struggling economy.

    Me and my husband are interested in refinancing our home…my husband recently went through bankruptcy…do we have any options to refinance? we have never ever been late on our house payment. thanks
