If you are looking to apply for low interest rates today there are many opportunities available. If you seek a bad credit credit card with 0% APR then you might be pushing your luck. By having bad credit you are going to find it extremely difficult to get low interest rates on any money you borrow.
This does not mean that you should not do your research if you do have bad credit. With the advancements in technology it is much easier today than ever to do personal finance research online, especially when it comes to credit cards. Almost every major credit card company has a website they can give you valuable information.
There also many websites that have broad-based credit card searches that can help you find the card that is right for you. You need to be honest with yourself and assess your current financial situation so you will better understand what credit cards you will qualify for.
If you have a credit score that is well below 650 you are probably not going to qualify for credit cards with low interest rates or high rewards programs. You might have to accept that you are going to get a credit card with a minimum number of incentives.
